Consultation de suivi : entre 45 min et 1h pour faire le point ensemble sur l’évolution depuis la dernière consultation et sur les choses à ajuster. Accompagnement sur 3 séances avec un bilan de naturopathie + 2 consultations de suivi, sur 5 mois. Il permet un suivi régulier pour être guidé(e) et soutenu(e) dans la mise en place de nouvelles habitudes de vie.
