Ses méthodes et approches utilisées	Je souhaite vous accompagner vers votre transformation d’hygiène de vie ! Je ne suis pas là pour vous vendre une solution ou des produits miracles (car ça n’existe pas !). Le changement pourra se faire avec de la volonté et mon soutien, vers une nouvelle santé. Lors d’une consultation, je vous explique ce dont votre corps à besoin pour fonctionner dans son optimal et à contrario ce qui peut lui nuire. Dans certains cas je peux vous proposer de faire des analyses nutritionnelles et fonctionnelles qui permettront d’analyser votre terrain et pourront répondre à certains questions. Nous discuterons ensemble des changements que vous pouvez mettre en place. Il en convient que ces changements doivent se faire progressivement pour qu’ils s’ancrent en tant qu’habitudes. Accordez vous du temps pour changer et obtenir des résultats, qui peuvent prendre 15 jours, 1 mois, 6 mois, voire plus. Laissez votre corps prendre le temps de se re-générer.
