Hello, j’ai besoin d’aides, jai de plus en plus de mal a gerer les tests negatifs, comment vous faites ? 😔

  Bonjour Diane,
  Je comprends que les tests négatifs peuvent être de plus en plus décourageants, car ils te donnent l’impression de stagner et d’être en échec.
  
  Il est tout à fait normal de ressentir de la frustration.
  Accueille ces émotions, sans jugement, et offre-leur le temps et l’espace dont elles ont besoin. Le corps a besoin de les digérer avant de retrouver son équilibre.
  Si tu ressens le besoin d’être réconfortée, n’hésite pas un seul instant à demander à ton couple des câlins à volonté.
  Garde à l’esprit que tu es en train de faire le nécessaire pour que ce positif, tant attendu, arrive. Et que tu feras les ajustements nécessaires qu’il en faudra.
  
  Je t’envoie mes plus douces pensées. Reste connectée à ce mouvement vers la vie. Tu vas-y arriver !
